Village Survey

Field officer will go to villages and find out all public issues and facilities/problems in villages. Based on the Financial Need of the people and if the village satisfies our eligibility Criteria, we will link the corresponding bank by explaining the complete bank procedures

GROUP FORMATION

Field officer will explain company's rules and regulations in a detailed manner while forming groups which ensures awareness among people about the process and procedures for their financial needs!

COMPULSORY GROUP TRAINING

After formation of groups by field officer, proper training will be given for 3 days about the schemes which will be explained in a detailed way in a pre-decided format.

GROUP RECOGINITION TEST

Higher authorities need to understand and learn groups rules & responsibilities. Scheme

LOAN DISBRUSEMENT PRODUCER

In the program, along with higher authorities and group, loan disbursement procedure needs to be explained. Also, the scheme's rules and regulations need to be explained once again.

LOAN UTILIZATION CHECK

Through Loan Officer/Higher Authority/Admin, loan

COLLECTION PROGRESS

Through Loan Officer, the group must be brought together and the group list will be viewed and eligible people will be elaborated with do's & don'ts of the loan

RECYCLE AND CONTINUE

The process continues as such leading to mutual benefits among the groups!
